Our Background

Serving learners since 1985

Busabi Secondary School is a Church of Uganda-founded school established in 1985. Mr. Hasangho served as the first head teacher and helped begin a journey of education and service that continues today.

The school is now a mixed day secondary school offering both O-Level and A-Level education. With 525 students and about 25 teachers, Busabi SS remains focused on helping young people gain knowledge, discipline, confidence and practical direction for life.

Working together for the learner

The Board of Governors, PTA Executive and teaching staff form a shared support system around the school. Their contribution strengthens school leadership, learning, discipline and student welfare.

Busabi SS also values the connection with its old students. Among the school's former students are Hon. James Waluswaka and Hon. Jacob Wangolo.
